Messaging Terms and Conditions

These terms of service cover the Approved Scale appointment notification text message program, operated by Approved Scale LLC.

Program description and use case

When you book a call with us and check the optional text message consent box on our booking form, we send appointment confirmation and reminder text messages related to the calls you have booked, including booking confirmations, reminder messages before your scheduled call, and rescheduling or cancellation information. This is a customer care program; it does not send promotional or marketing content. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase; if you leave the box unchecked you will still receive your appointment and email communications.

Age restriction

The program is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your bookings, typically up to three messages per booked appointment.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages we send.

Opting out

Text STOP to cancel and stop receiving text messages at any time. After you text STOP you will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Opting out does not affect your appointment or any other service.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
