Approved Scale LLC ("we", "us"), operates approvedscale.com and its booking and onboarding pages. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights and choices you have. Our messaging terms and conditions cover the text message program in detail.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide when booking a call or submitting a form, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Business information and documents you choose to submit through our onboarding process.
• Basic technical information collected by our servers, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation.

How we use your information

• To schedule and conduct calls you book with us.
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders by email and, where you have given consent, by text message.
• To provide and improve our services and respond to inquiries.

Text messaging and SMS opt-in

If you opt in by checking the optional consent box on our booking form, we send appointment confirmation and reminder text messages related to calls you have booked. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time, or text HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your appointment or any other service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used only to deliver the messages described here.

Cookies and tracking

Our website and the embedded booking widget use cookies and similar tracking technologies where needed to operate the booking flow, remember your session, and understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies to sell your information. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit parts of the booking experience.

Data security

We use industry standard security practices to protect your personal information: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) across our pages and forms, access to personal information limited to those who need it to provide the service, and reputable service providers who maintain their own security safeguards. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

• Access and update: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to update or correct it.
• Delete: you may request that we delete your personal information, and we will honor the request except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
• Withdraw consent: you may withdraw any consent you have given to communications at any time.
